Leonard Bernstein, Comden and Green, Jerome Robbins and a timeless movie starring Gene Kelly all come together to inspire one of America’s most beloved and patriotic musicals. Three sailors on a day of shore leave dance their way through the streets of New York City looking for fun and love before their twenty-four hours are up. Fueled by comedic antics and a host of classic songs (“New York, New York,” “Lonely Town,” “I Can Cook Too” and “Ya Got Me”) this musical is a tribute to the possibilities of love and the city that never sleeps.
