Latin Standards is a one-woman comedy performed by Marga Gomez, exploring themes of family, identity, and resilience through the lens of her experiences as the daughter of an immigrant. This heartfelt memoir is infused with humor and insights on cultural heritage, showcasing the generational connections between Gomez and her father. The play will be presented at Center on Halsted for two performances only on October 4 and 5, as part of the Destinos festival celebrating Latino theater.
