Making her solo performance debut, Jenelle Lynn Randall is no stranger to Vitellos or the stage. After 3 successful SOLD OUT shows at the 2019 Hollywood Fringe Festival, Jenelle is back by popular demand, to portray Americas sexiest feline and larger than life icon; Eartha Kitt.
From croaker sack to Chinchilla, Orson Welles called Eartha Kitt the most exciting woman in the world. But in 1968 she was blacklisted for making the 1st Lady cry. "I Wanna Be Evil" chronicles Eartha's destitute childhood, her affair with the Revlon heir, her marriage to John McDonald, her kinship with James Dean, her friendship with Sammy Davis Jr. and her volatile relationship with Hollywood.
Jenelle is a veteran of stage and screen. Her Broadway credit's include: ALL SHOOK UP and her local theater credits include: Hattie in KISS ME KATE at the Pasadena Playhouse, Minnie McKnight in 3D Theatrical's PARADE, and Lorrell in DREAMGIRLS at the MUNY (with Jennifer Holiday), "Etta James" in A NIGHT WITH JANIS JOPLIN at the Pasadena Playhouse, "Miss Gardner" in CARRIE THE MUSICAL at La Mirada Theatre and LA Theatre, Elizabeth in THE CHRISTIANS and Jory in DISGRACED (both at the Mark Taper Forum in LA.)

"Jenelle's performance is so dead on. She was born to play Eartha Kitt. When she sings, she really delivers. From her first appearance from the top of the stairs until the closing credits, Jenelle Lynn Randall embodies Eartha Kitt persona in such an electrifying way that I had to pinch myself to remind me I was watching a Fringe show rather than the multifaceted and outspoken artist that made Lady Byrd cry with her wit, her charm and her unspoiled gender. A tour de force in every way, Eartha Kitt will have you gagging but also reflecting on political and social issues that still exist in today, like they did in the 60s / 70s."
-Victor Sotomayor
"From the moment Jenelle Lynn Randall appeared at the top of the Studio C staircase, there was magic in the air as she descended with great style and bravado to share the life, music, and oversized personality of Eartha Kitt. As the writer, creator and executive producer of the Fringe 2019 show, its easy to realize you are watching an incredibly talented artist perform her dream role from start to finish!"
-Shari Barrett, BROADWAY WORLD.
"Jenelle Lynn Randall IS Eartha. Her performance captured the public Eartha the person we knew as an entertainer who prowled & purred & seduced most of us. Jenelles characterization captures the physical Eartha with all the specificity of a artist who has done their homework & study their subject & has the instrument to not only execute a performance but to channel the spirit of someone who always made an enduring impression. What was there worked. An evening with EARTHA - Simply wonderful!!! Couldnt get enough of HER."
-Ben Guillory, Artistic Director, THE ROBEY THEATRE COMPANY
