Dr. Dashia Magee is an educator, writer, and clown based in Los Angeles. She started performing at the age of 4, gracing the stage as a, “Strawberry” at the local community theatre in Tacoma, Washington. She host the podcast, “Let's Get Silly”. She also co-wrote and starred in the award winning web-series, "Staying Together” all about the joys of marriage. Her one-woman clown show, “Donkey: A Cultural Biography of a Public School Teacher” has played at the Upright Citizen Brigade in Los Angeles and also the Black Woman in Comedy Festival. She also wrote, produced, and starred in a series of clown shorts entitled, "Dr. Magee: Clown Shorts". You can find her performing live (Improv, Sketch, and Clown) at various theaters in Los Angeles.
