Beneath the seemingly still waters of a coastal island lies a hotbed of infighting and intrigue. When the only officer is a hapless laughingstock, the colorful residents run roughshod over any law and order. For Gerard, the officer in question, respect is hard to come by – but when a cantankerous lobsterman goes missing, Gerard leaves no stone unturned in his investigative pursuit. No one could’ve predicted the dark island underbelly he’d expose, or that it would lead him to question everything he knows. A comic caper with unexpected depth!
