These Two Couples Went to Italy...

Auditions will be at Rover Dramawerks’ NEW theatre venue located at 221 W. Parker Road, Suite 580 in Plano, at the northwest corner of 75 and Parker Rd. in the Ruisseau Village Shopping Center.
Brief Synopsis:
When Janet and Carl from Indiana meet up with Marie and Tom from New York while vacationing in Italy, each couple is ruthlessly competing to be the “best” traveler...with hilariously disastrous results.
Roles (2 women, 3 men):
Marie: age 30 to in her 50s. Married to Tom and is a no nonsense type of woman from New York of Italian decent. Think Bette Midler type.
Tom: 30s to 50s. Married to Maria and is the CEO of a company...but he is also a New Yorker of Italian decent. Think Tony Soprano but NOT a gangster
Janet: 30s to 50s. A Midwestern woman from Indiana married to Carl. Think Peg Bundy mixed with June Cleaver.
Carl: 30s to 50s. A regular guy married to Janet and living in Indiana. A manager type. Dry witted and laid back...but don't get him riled. Think Kevin James mixed with Paul Rudd.
Italian Guy: Any age, any type.
All roles are available.
