Fantasy, longing, ambition and love, not to mention shake and bake meth, all collide in a messy rent house in small-town Oklahoma when three people plus one imaginary championship wrestler -- all vulnerable, all trapped -- go after their own versions of the American dream.

BILLY THE BOMBER centers around Billy (John Frank Stephens), a man with Down Syndrome living in a house with his state-appointed caretaker, Jim (Christopher Pio), and often visited by his friend Brenda (Gabriella Carucci).  Billy is obsessed with professional wrestling, and his alter ego, Billy the Bomber (Allan Hayhurst), allows Billy to express things he is otherwise unable to communicate.  Jim is engaged in some shady dealings, much to the detriment of Billy, and it takes Billy finding the strength through Billy the Bomber to ultimately stand up for himself and reclaim the life he deserves.
