ABOUT THE SHOW
A grimy engine room of a 1920 steamship becomes an enchanted theatrical playground where Beauty and the Beast comes to life with puppetry, shadow theatre, a multitude of effects, song, drama and comedy. It will dazzle your eyes, enchant your heart and intrigue your imagination. Sam Stoker and Lady Rose take you on a sea voyage while also traveling back to 1740 to retell the classic Beauty and the Beast. A spectacle like no other. A story-within-a-story-within-a-ship.
Written, Designed and Created by Jerry Mouawad & Carol Triffle; Starring Jim Vadala & Justine Davis; Co-Writer & Verse Devin Stinson; Director of Fabrication Lance Woolen; Fabricators Erin Chmela, Bruce Bowman, Bryan McIntyre; Original Music Amanda & Alyssa Payne, Lydia Ooghe; Mechanical Engineer Roger Nelson; Wood Mechanics Brad Saby; Painters Tim Smith, Elecia Beebe.
