Tony Award winner Debbie Gravitte makes her long-awaited Bay Area concert debut at the Orinda Theatre!One of Broadway's most dynamic performers and biggest personalities, Debbie won Broadway's heart and a Tony Award with her tour-de-force performance in "Jerome Robbins' Broadway". Some of her other Broadway shows include "Chicago", "Les Miserables", and "They're Playing Our Song".A truly versatile artist, Debbie can belt out jazz with a big band or vocally caress some of the most gorgeous melodies created for the stage. In concert, Debbie has appeared with over 175 orchestras around the world, from Moscow, London, Stockholm, Munich, and Beijing to the National Symphony (with Marvin Hamlisch) and the Boston Pops (with Keith Lockhart).Ms Gravitte will be accompanied by musical director Michael Orland (Marilu Henner, Kristin Chenoweth, American Idol).
