A.C.T.'s Young ConservatoryONLINE! | Summer Intensives: July 6August 14. A.C.T.'s Young Conservatory is the after-school professional theater training program at the Tony Award-winning American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco, and we are temporarily moving online this Summer 2020! We offer exciting, rewarding classes for students (ages 819) of all backgrounds and levels of experience in Acting, Audition, Musical Theater, Voice, and much more! By training at the YC, students gain the creative and communication skills to succeed in just about anything. Students learn to incorporate the craft of theater into their everyday lives, developing concentration, imagination, professionalism, character, and self-confidence along the way. Many students go on to study theater in college, and our alumni are often seen gracing stages in the Bay Area and across the country. Some alumni, such as Darren Criss (Golden Globe and Emmy Award winner), Milo Ventimiglia ('This is Us'), and Winona Ryder ('Stranger Things'), go on to successful acting careers.Summer Session 2020 classes include options ranging from 1 day to 4 weeks!
