This play contains two pieces: Card Game and The Rite of Spring. Both are amazing, both are composed by Igor Stravinsky and both were not understood during its premieres.

This play is like a good apple pie. It's warm, classic, sweet, comforting and perfect for long winter evenings. It's an ideal way to let your hair down. Play had a premiere 11 years ago but it is timeless. Wojciech Dabrowski, who also played one of lead roles, as director made a great, emotional, cordial and rich comedy.

The Tin Drum is a popular novel on which new show in Capital was based. Wrote on 1959 tells a story about Oskar - born in Gda?sk, he decides never to grow up as a protest against adults and reality of multicultural city. Gifted with a voice that can shatter glass he tries to survive in a World War Two reality, unusual family and explain existence to himself. He paints real world with craziness and exaggeration. Somehow this kind of reality is lighter and easy to swallow. Can you make a musical from it? Yes, you can!

It will be colder… That statement is fulfilling director vision and as innocent as it may sounds has very strong message behind.

There are two kind of people on this planet: those who love Bruno Shultz and his a-realist way of describing a reality and other part. If the second case is yours you will be just amazed by music and what you see on stage. If you are in the first group you will just not believe how good it is what you experience sitting in the audience.
